Data-deletion instructions

To request deletion of information associated with ResolveStay AI, email MichaelMekonnen38@gmail.com with the subject ResolveStay AI data-deletion request.

1. Include the email address or social-media username connected to the service.
2. Identify the account, property, or incident records you want deleted.
3. We may ask for limited verification to prevent unauthorized deletion.
4. After verification, we will delete or de-identify eligible data and confirm completion. Information that must be retained for security, fraud prevention, or legal obligations may be kept only for those purposes.
